When will my order be scheduled for delivery? 

Once you place your order, we will work to arrange shipping or home delivery within 5-7 business days. The fulfillment window depends on your proximity to the farm. Typically, we like to schedule deliveries on Thursdays and Fridays. This gives us some extra time to ensure your beef arrives in frozen condition and isn't in transit over a weekend. We also want to make sure that you will be available when your beef arrives. Of course, if you have any questions at all about the process, please don't hesitate to reach out and call us.

How is my package shipped?

Your beef will be shipped on UPS ground home delivery.  We will email you all the tracking information you need in order to be there when your beef arrives.

How is my beef packaged?

After your beef finishes aging, it is cut and then flash frozen in vacuum sealed packaging. This packaging will keep your beef fresh for over a year. It is sent to you in a 100% recyclable compostable Green Cell Foam cooler kit with dry ice which will insulate your beef and keep it frozen.

How should I store my beef?

Freezing is the best option for storage and keeping your freezer as cold as possible will help your beef keep longer. You can move your beef straight from your package to the freezer. The vacuum seal packaging will keep your beef the freshest.

How much does shipping cost?

All prices include shipping for 1–2-day UPS Ground Deliveries. 

Two-day Express Shipping is also available for longer distances. Additional fees for these services will be invoiced to your email.

How does farm pick-up work?
Order any of our products online, and we’ll contact you to arrange for farm pick-up window. Our farm address is 9137 St. Peters Rd., Brookville, IN 47012

How is my beef packaged?
Beneker Family Farm beef is vacuum sealed and frozen. For your convenience and efficient storage, our beef will be in bags or boxes. If you are travelling more than an hour for pick up, we recommend bringing a cooler. Once you return home, items can be moved directly to the freezer or refrigerator.

How will I be charged?
Once you complete your order and head to your cart check out, make sure you select the option for Farm pick up.
