When will my order be scheduled for delivery? 

Once you place your order, we will contact you to arrange shipping or home delivery. If you live within a reasonable distance from our farm, we will personally deliver. Otherwise, we will ship directly to your home. Typically, we like to schedule deliveries on Thursdays. This gives us some extra time to ensure your beef arrives in frozen condition and isn't in transit over a weekend. We also want to make sure that you will be available when your beef arrives. How is my package shipped?

Your beef will be shipped on UPS ground home delivery.  We will give you the tracking information once we ship your beef and get you all the information you need to be there when your beef arrives.

How is my beef packaged?

After your beef finishes aging, it is cut and then flash frozen in vacuum sealed packaging. This packaging will keep your beef fresh for over a year. It is sent to you in a Styrofoam freezer kit with dry ice which will insulate your beef and keep it frozen.

How should I store my beef?

Freezing is the best option for storage and keeping your freezer as cold as possible will help your beef keep longer. You can move your beef straight from your package to the freezer. The vacuum seal packaging will keep your beef the freshest.

How much does shipping cost?

All prices include shipping for 1–2-day UPS Ground Deliveries. Discounts are available for picking up on the farm.

Two-day Express Shipping is also available for longer distances. Additional fees for these services will apply.
